Palmetto, FL - Power Contracting announced today the completion of Jacaranda Trace Condominiums. Located in Venice, it was constructed for the Roskamp-Patterson Group based in Sarasota. The 430,000 square foot building stands eight-stories tall with parking under the building. The condominium was completed in an incredible 19 months at a construction cost under $100 per square feet.
