Specializing in office, retail, clubhouses, multi-family housing and hospitality, each Power Contracting project has the same common denominator—an absolutely satisfied client. We firmly believe in applying the diligent construction management procedures and methods to every project that has made our past projects so successful. Our greatest compliment is when a client negotiates their second project with us. In fact, many of our projects are from repeat clients. A & A Auto
A & A Auto had worked out of a small office building for many years. Power Contracting provided the demolition of the old and replaced it with a 5,000 pre-engineered metal building that is 24’ high with warehouse in the back and offices in front. This project included all new utilities, lift station and parking lot.
University Professional Center
19,000 square-foot, two-story wood frame and masonry office building constructed in Lakewood Ranch. Completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
FCCI
A 300,000 square foot state-of-the-art, award-winning corporate headquarters and data center. Designed and constructed to be a major storm shelter, including redundant systems on all utilities. Completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
ASO Corporation
A 20,000 square foot addition that more than doubled the existing operating trucking terminal facility. The plan provided by the Owner for pricing included a five-phased construction sequence. Working seamlessly with the operating facility, we created a three-phased sequence, which led to cost savings and a reduction in the project schedule, months ahead of schedule.
Conway Trucking
This 47,000 square foot warehouse addition and office remodel was completed while operations at this band-aid manufacturer continued. We relocated personnel and manufacturing operations while building and remodeling without any interruption to their business.
